Interfacing (DSI, CSI, I2C, etc.) • RPi5 Display DSI pinout order

Hi, I'm desigining an adapter board for an external touchscreen. I know it has the same pinout as the CM4IO board, but I'm not sure about the order (top 1, bottom 22, or top 22, bottom 1). Can anyone confirm me the pinout order is like the attatched picture, or it's actually reversed (Top: 3.3V, SDA, SCL...)
