Ah I wasn't aware of GPIOC. I had planned on using the RISCV cores if I could but the GPIOC performance gains might be big enough I might have to change those plans. I'll have to read up on that more though since at a glance it looks like it's doing what SIO is already able to do (basically looks like a PORT kinda thing). Homework for me for sure!

Thanks for clarifying the DMA situation also, that helps!
