Thanks. Waveshare are providing support. I'm curious on the Raspbian side though. Since it works perfectly with the stock Trixie install and then the scramble appears after doing an initramfs update if anything has changed recently in early boot order or timing in Raspbian?
By the time Plymouth is loaded things look better.
