Missing resistor on SW1_BOOT. It needs to be close to the flash chip not the button. It is there to prevent the long trace to the button and the button itself from interfering with the high speed SPI clock.
The USB series termination resistors R1 and R2 should be 27R not 22R. It'll be out of spec so YMMV. Are you using an assembly service like JLCPCB? I'm guessing 27R still isn't in their basic component selection.
