Networking and servers • SNMP OID changes for Trixie?

I've just installed Trixie on a Pi-3B, and applied the latest updates. Installed SNMP and configured, including my own pass-through extensions for CPU temperature and NTP timekeeping accuracy. However, while the pass-through add-ons work when viewed locally or remotely, the values for e.g. memory use, cpu load, network IO all return zero. Have the OIDs changed, or am I missing something in the installation? It's almost as if the SNMPd doesn't know those OIDs. I use these values in MRTG:

CPU load: .1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.11.11.0
Memory: .1.3.6.1.2.1.25.2.3.1.6.1
Network: #wlan0:public@raspi-15
