I’ve read and followed probably 50 different guides on low power for Pi’s, which is why I’ve been able to get it to under 100 at idle. I’m using the Lite OS, I turn off WiFi, and slow down the CPU and GPU. Those things helped bring down the idle from 120 to 95 I think was my absolute minimum, but 100 is more typical for me in the end with the camera plugged in but not active.
