Troubleshooting • No autostart after changing hostname

Hi.
I followed:
https://www.raspberrypi.com/tutorials/h ... iosk-mode/

It works fine, until I remember that I used the wrong name on the RPi.
After I changed the hostname (raspi-config) and reboots - no longer autostart.
I then change the name back to the original, then it works again.
Why?

(RPi 4B 2GB, latest RPi OS (64-bit w DT)
