Based on https://www.veye.cc/en/product/veye-mipi-imx327s/, the camera board has an ISP built in. That removes almost all control from the Pi, and means all support needs to come from Veye.
If you were using a plain imx327 module (eg Innomaker or Vision Components), then the Pi is in control of all parameters and image processing, although as davidp says there is no support for DOL HDR.
