Raspberry Pi OS • Trixie Package-Depencies for php and apache2 correct?

Setting up Raspberry Pi OS 32-bit for a Raspberry Pi Zero WH I installed apache2 and the webserver worked correctly. Then I rebooted and installed php by "sudo apt install php". It seemed to install ok, but after installation the webserver is not accessible anymore and trying to run "php" (CLI as well as over http) does not work. "illegal instruction" is the answer.

I tried to install this two times and it led to the same result.

My other RPis don't have the problem, but all of them don't run using Trixie.
Does this occur for 32-bit installations only?

Matter of fact is that the other RPis still use php 8.2 and Trixie uses php8.4?

Any useful hint appriciated,

best regards
