Welcome, new user!Hi everyone, I’m a student working on a Raspberry Pi–based group project and designed a custom PCB to interface with it. While the fabrication cost was fair, the shipping fees are a big hit to my budget — about $27 on a $78 order. The board is a simple 2-layer design (60x110mm, 30 pieces) since we need spares for parallel testing.
Does anyone here have recommendations for PCB manufacturers with more affordable shipping options, especially for small production runs or hobby projects like this?
I usually use jlcpcb. Their cheapest shipping is really cheap, and usually takes two weeks or so.
Someone else will probably recommend PCBway.
Google can give you a list of vendors for you to find out for yourself.
ChatGPT can make recommendations as well as asking for them.
