When you use guest access, Samba maps the user to the guest user, which by default is 'nobody'. I am going to assume that /media/technogeek is a USB drive plugged into a USB port and if this is the case, then /media/technogeek will be owned by technogeek:technogeek. From this, I hope you can see that 'nobody' cannot traverse into /media/technogeek/Videos/Videos or /media/technogeek/Files/Files because the user gets stopped at /media/technogeek, because 'nobody' isn't 'technogeek' or a member of the 'technogeek' group.
