Never mind! I changed the permission for the folder and the file for the user cloud by typing this for example for the file:
chmod 777 password.wav
but I kept getting the error. Turns out I was just saving password.wav when I needed to enter the full path of the file. D'oh! Error message wasn't very helpful!
