AFAIK No one can get WPA3 to work with the internal (Broadcom) WiFi. We always have to use an external USB WiFi 6 adapter. I would love to be proved wrong.By the way, the 64bit version of the Raspberry Pi OS (bookworm) doesn't seem to have any issues with connecting to WPA3.
