OK.

You have a recently purchased 3A+, RPiOS 32bit (desktop?) boots but 64bit does not neither do the unspecified images of Ubuntu and Kali.

1. Kali is officially not supported here so best not to persue it.
2. What is the ACT (green) LED doing with the non-booting OS images? Flash patterns have meaning as described in LED Warning flash codes.
3. As it boots RPiOS 32bit, I'm going to assume that you have a valid PSU and screen connected.

I've seen reports of recent board revisions on at least one model (sorry, no link and I forget which one) that prevent some (mostly third party) OS from booting as their bootloader files haven't yet been updated for the hardware change.

That manifested as a flash code indicating a power problem.

IIRC the fix was to replace the firmware files (bootcode.bin, start*.elf, fixup*.dat but not the kernel and device tree overlays) in the boot partition with those from the latest RPiOS image. So f you're seeing that type of error this is probably worth a try using the files from the OS that does boot.
