MicroPython • Raspberry Pi Pico 2W micropython packages

I can't seem to install packages from web or locally, this has been happening since I got it using Thonny

This is the error message I keep getting from installing locally

'--upgrade-strategy', 'only-if-needed', 'c:/secret/micropython-sht4x-0.1.0.tar.gz', '--index-url', 'http://127.0.0.1:36628']' returned non-zero exit status 2.

And from Thonny using the web search

'--upgrade-strategy', 'only-if-needed', 'micropython-sht4x==0.1.0', '--index-url', 'http://127.0.0.1:36628']' returned non-zero exit status 2.

I'm using Windows
