Why put UFS on the SoC. It's not RAM, it's storage. You can get eMMC with CM4/5 and it stands apart. UFS is like eMMC on steroids, why treat it differently.For UFS to make sense, it must be on the main SoC.Price could come down. I don't think a second version of RPI-500 or a RPI-600 is planned for the very near future.
And there is an obvious oversight here, UFS onboard lowers my overall price. I wouldn't need NVME anymore with 256GB of internal UFS.
