Troubleshooting • Distorted Graphics Bookworm RPI5

I am connecting to my RPi5 through RealVNC. From time to time the graphics get distorted and appear like this:The normal desktop looks like this:Any idea where is this coming from? Unless I reboot it doesn't go away.

How can I troubleshoot this?
