i was measuring some stuff, without the batteries but since the back lid needed some clearance before printing 1 more prototype, i decided to check if with the batteries the case was larger... so far so good, i took what i needed, put the case at the table and in short seconds i realized something was shining ![:twisted:]( "Twisted Evil")
the cables managed to touch! separated them quite quickly but the positive cable sleeve melted
the 3° case print was a success! every hole works BUT i didn't attached the brass inserts yet... it should work as i didn't modified anything insert-hole-wise. every other wrong measure is right on this print! the ADC arrived at my parents home and i'll be visiting them in 2 weeks.
the back lid is inserted, not screwed, fits ok, it's tight.
talked to a man and he told me the cheapest option to primer this plastic is with an automotive ink/base for bumpers. i painted a keyboard with spray some days ago but i don't think that thing is ecological ![:lol:]( "Laughing")
then i'll use acrylic or PVA for turning it black. although i really liked this translucent feel the 100% infill pigment-less PLA has. it looks cheap. i like it
i think i'll have to post on Github? i don't like their terms of use (#thou should feed the copilot robot#) but i actually need to check if it makes sense to create a weird license called "harmonik", which we restrain commercial use and restrict people from creating branches. i believe in an anarchy/democratic type of vote system for features or changes in design/code than people diverting with GNU freedom anywhere they want. ofc we can have variations of this camera mesh with a bigger or fancier screen or better hardware (who knows why) if they actually make sense but i also like to have some alignment on UX ¶ harmonik is on my mind for some time as i intended to release a multi-year project of mine under it but sometimes i guess releasing as "all rights reserved" and calling source-available feels the same. whatever. my program on this is nothing revolutionary or worthy of logic patents![:lol:]( "Laughing")
also got check the libraries i used but i think i can release as proprietary the stuff i made... as always i appreciate a thought on my exposed doubts. the 'harmonik' is a try to restrain freedom 3 proposed by the GNU org. so we can have a single/common software/product UNLESS the owners of the software under harmonik starts screwing stuff, lets say they start adding commercial/paid features, or if the highest salary earns more than 7x times than the lowest wage worker of the same company etc. i'm still confused and thinking what should be done, i know it's irrelevant here but at least is an introduction to what i thought... if goods under harmonik don't solve a valid report under a year, the project then turns GNU licensed ¶ till the ADC exp. or the proper release! (the manual will be an .html file, unless a libreoffice format feels better)
