I don't use WiFi repeaters or range extenders but could that be a factor?

If you're worried consider checking:
- That there is no hole in your firewall (port forwarding) to that address/subnet
- What IP addresses have been assigned to which interfaces on your Pi
- That your Pi hasn't automatically connected to an open WiFi AP in your neighbourhood.
- Configuring miniDLNA (if it allows this) to not bind to interfaces in that subnet
- Adding a firewall rule to drop all in and out bound traffic to that subnet.
