According to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reserved_IP_addresses it's in a subnet reserved for private networks.

No idea if you should be concerned or not but it shouldn't be routable over the public internet.

If you're worried consider checking:
  • That there is no hole in your firewall (port forwarding) to that address/subnet
  • What IP addresses have been assigned to which interfaces on your Pi
  • That your Pi hasn't automatically connected to an open WiFi AP in your neighbourhood.
  • Configuring miniDLNA (if it allows this) to not bind to interfaces in that subnet
  • Adding a firewall rule to drop all in and out bound traffic to that subnet.
FWIW, I'm not seeing any connections from address outside my local subnet on my miniDLNA installation but it's likely older since it's running on Bullseye.

I don't use WiFi repeaters or range extenders but could that be a factor?
