Anyway, using their image (raspberry_PiCar_OS) on a Pi4 connected to my home router using an ethernet cable, we can connect to it using VNC Viewer on a Windows 11 laptop.
To do that, I got the ip address of the Pi4 (192.168.1.143) from my router, with username pi and password keyes. Your Pi4 ip will be different probably.
We see their image is using the old "buster" (Debian 10) 32-bit version of Raspberry Pi OS - thats all OK.
