I guess there are official ways to do it, but I will workaround it by creating some constant in known location, defining LED and stuff and then download page will modify according to the boards list inside uf2. Normally will be something like 0xDEABBEEF to check against if it is the right one. And flash matters(apart crystal delays and stuff), so I would start with single SPI mode that is available in SDK. But Pico (2) Ws would be the odd ones in terms of the LED.
