Try ftp instead of sftp as that will probably be one bottleneck.
I tried on my phone, it looks like it is the same speed, I used samba this time. I managed to get windows to work in a folder created by the phone, not sure why it doesn't allow otherwise. And it's till 50's range.

It's weird cause I did:

Code:

# Create a 1GB test file (adjust count for size)dd if=/dev/zero of=/mnt/sda1/shared/test_write.tmp bs=1M count=1024 conv=fdatasync# Clean uprm /mnt/sda1/shared/test_write.tmp
Which did it in 290MBps~, and iperf is also showing gigabit speeds. Not sure what's going on. The CPU is also like 50% so that doesn't bottleneck either.

The windows issue is also fishy, I cannot copy files after some time and I get access denied, but my phone works fully with samba using FileBrowserGo. The phone is on 5G wifi right next to an AX router, so the speed is not limited to 50.
