Hello,
For fermenting food products a constant temperature must be maintained. I'm looking at building an isolated wooden box in which the temperature would controlled by a pico. So far the heaters I know of are powered by 120V and need a relay to interface. These heaters are made for making beer, for instance. I could use one of those, although I asking here if there are (pardon the pun) 'cooler' alternative as far as heaters and pico interfacing goes. I'd expect any other solution to also work on 120V, but who knows ? Hence I'm asking.
Cheers.
