This contains downloadable uf2 files for the picow and picow2 which enable wifi access from either core.
Using "firmware-rp2040-pendsv-fix.uf2, now my wifi code can go into either core0 or core1.

If I were coding in C, can I assume that the problem wouldn't exist ?
