that means you want it to display a custom logo? is this a custom OS or is it the official? a custom logo worked for me https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=85MhOnq4o0A but it is visible for a small Periode only.It does boot very quickly, but I need it to display the logo, even if it means booting a bit slower.you should be glad your Pi is booting that fast.
is there another screen connected to your system as you we're asking for HDMI-2? Splash screen is shown on a single screen only (as well as console)
