Yes, easy to start all 3 videos with just one button.
Wire the button to a GPIO pin (say GPIO21) and Ground (GND) on each of the 3 Pi - so 3 pairs of wires from the button.
A python script on each Pi could then wait for the button press and start the video on the Pi.
