You mean apart from the obvious (A USB3 to eSATA adapter that supports port multipliers)?
The Pi5 has an exposed PCIe lane. Add an (e)SATA card on that.
It's a non standard form factor so you can't just plug in a standard PCIe card. There boards that connect to it and provide an M.2 socket (PCIe only, no SATA) as well as board that will provide a normal PCIex1 connector.
M.2 to SATA boards are a thing but make sure it's an actual SATA controller not just a port multiplier.
