@dp11 thanks for the answer. I checked the CM4IO schematic and I see that the center tap of the transformer is connected to GND via a 100nF capacitor.
CM4IO uses MagJack-A70-112-331N126 with POE+ support. However, my RJ-45 has integrated Magnetic, but does not support PoE (this is what the documentation says). Do you suggest that in my case, the center pins of the CT transformers are also connected to GND via 100nF, like in CM4IO, or should I use an external bias voltage to power the transformers in the RJMG2V1SLN12W5R socket?
