Is it overclocked? How good is the cooling? any over_voltage?
For interest, now and again, run "vcgencmd get_throttled" which reports throttling now or, importantly, in the past due to supply voltage issues or over-heating (it should always say 0x0).
The Pi3 had little reserves of stability because it was at the limit of the 40nm node size. The Pi4 and Pi5 with their die shrinks have huge stability margins.
