The spec for your monitor says 1920x1080.

As mentioned what happens if you use? :

Do you see the diagnostics screen powered with hdmi and no sd card?

What is the other Pi in the video? Can you get the OS setup in another Pi then swap into Pi5.

Ive tried the cmd and it does relatively the same thing, Pi will be unhappy. However, if I don't put an SD card in at the start and later plug it in I'm introduced to this BASH (I think) screen. Could this be helpful to start it up? https://ibb.co/hj5r496
