Are the two Pis on the same WiFi network? If they are the simplest thing you could do is display the images on the remote Pi and connect to it with VNC.Actually, what I wanted to ask was this. How can I transfer the image I receive from my Raspberry to a monitor wirelessly? Because in the project I want to do, I will use Raspberry as a camera system that processes images, and I want to watch the image I processed in Raspberry on the user monitor. The reason I want to do this wirelessly is that the raspberry and monitor systems will be at different points.
If you don't want to use the internet and the Pis aren't on the same WiFi network you are going to need a transmitter and receiver and maybe two of each if they need to acknowledge each other. You don't say how far apart the Pis are so I can't help you with that.
Why don't you tell us how big an image, how often, how far apart, do you have WiFi network, is there control data going from the user monitor to the remote Pi, and any other pertinent details that you've left out.
