General • 16MB PSRAM devices for RP2350?

Hi - with the memory interface on the RP2350 supporting 16MB devices, I am wondering if anyone knows of any suitable 16MB (128 Mbit) PSRAM chips. I couldn't find any on digikey - they all have an octal SPI interface rather than quad.

With the RP2354 I suppose I could connect 2x 8MB ICs, but I don't want to have to wait...
