Looks fine to me. R2 is not strictly necessary. Neither is R1. It would be helpful if you linked to whatever tutorial/application note/datasheet you used to come up with your design, and explain your design decisions for each component (it's okay to say "I copied another design").

If you connect your switch between GP28 and GND and turn on the internal pull-up you can get rid of R3 as well. You'll have to change the logic in your code as the switch state will be inverted.

If you are really concerned you could drive the Pico and the LED+driver from independent power supplies, and drive CE through an optoisolator, but you don't really need to.
