I find that hard to believe. Have you physically removed them, are they not accessible, or for some other reason?
Physically disconnected from the board.
As for " theres no GUI I can use" all I can suggest is that you learn the basics of the Linux command line. Or at least learn how to use sudo raspi-config.
I am familiar with the Linux command line, i've been using it just fine via SSH up until this point. Is it not however the case the by default the lite version of Pi OS doesnt output to the display port? Moot point because I have no display port, but would be nice to know for future reference.

Cleanly shut down the Pi. Mount its boot partition on another computer. Add an empty file called ssh or ssh.txt
Should I put this empty file in the root directory, or is there a specific location this file needs to be?
