actual consumption of your 160 watt power supply
The power supply is 600 watt. 160 is about the almost idle speed of each device. Active use with all disks doing something would be 300. Magnetic disks do not switch off frequently as that damages the disks. An upgrade to SSD would trim the disk usage but the power supply would not drop as much as it is an old design. The processor idle is more than the whole power used by a Pi 5.
Instructions per Clock
ARM architecture is almost RISC and Intel is full on CISC. CISC instructions can perform more work per instruction which makes the count of instructions not useful. You would need something like time to complete an action. A CISC copy string might be a single instruction you compare to a copy byte loop in RISC. With ARM, it also depends on the actual items of silicon included in the chip.

Geekbench? The CPU comparisons look useful. I did not find workload comparisons.
