On clean Bullseye the newest i can get is still 'Thu 11 May 2023 06:26:03 UTC (1683786363)' firmware. Looks like until you update to Bookwork you stuck with that version.
If anyone has solution to that please let me know.
It appears Bullseye is also no longer receiving bootloader updates.
The attached rpi-eeprom-mgr-test should update the rpi-eeprom package from 16.1-1 to 21.4-1. This should allow you to update to 2024-01-22.bin which is the latest for the Raspberry Pi 4B.
After updating the rpi-eeprom package using "Update rpi-eeprom Package", use "Change Firmware Directory" to select "Stable". Then use "Update Bootloader EEPROM" to select "Stable : 2024-01-22.bin".
I just tested it here on an RPi4B with Bullseye, but I would like to hear back from you before I update the "Raspberry Pi EEPROM Manager" topic.
