Is there an Arduino board with five sample and holds that can be fired simultaneously as the OP wanted ? If so then of course this is a better solution so maybe point the OP to the correct board to use.Because an Arduino is much easier.Why not just use six processors with the master processor sending a trigger to the other five to sample their signal, then return the result via I2C. Master could be a full Pi with the slaves Pico 2s or an STM equivalent (which have slightly better ADCs).
