imx708 has limitations on the values permitted for LINE_LENGTH_PCK (0x342/0x343).For full res or HDR modes, the permitted values are 5216, 10432, 15648, or 20864
For binned modes, they are 2608, 5216, 7824, or 10432.
The driver currently uses 15648 for full res, 7824 for binned, 5216 for 720p cropped, and 5216 for HDR.
Using 10432 (was 15648) for full res works and gives up to 21.53fps.
5216 works for the binned mode (was 10432) to give up to 84fps.
720p and HDR modes won't frame when trying to use 2608 (down from 5216).
That's pretty much as far as I'll go now. The branch is updated with all those changes.
