Has been discussed to death. You are NOT going to be able to make a Pi based laptop, with the same form factor, battery life, thermals, and performance as a fairly low end designed from scratch x86 laptop. The form factor is just wrong. Unless you need the GPIO or desperately need a portable dev station that is the same as a Pi, it just does not make sense. It will almost certainly cost more than a low end x86 laptop as well.
