Not really.
Whilst there are things you could try and extract from the hardware, the first step would be to put an oscilloscope on the data lanes to determine how many are active (clock lane is mandatory). Pi4 can only support 2 data lanes, whilst Pi5 can support 4. For accurate representation the scope will need to work at at least 500MHz, and preferably 1GHz, but for the basics you can probably get away with less as long as you are aware that it is likely to be aliased.

Do you have any specs on this module? All image formats have specific CSI-2 data type values, so that will give you that information.
For image geometry it's easiest to configure an oversized buffer, and then see how many pixels get data written to them.
