Why is a window created that contains another window drawn with graphic primitives, instead of using OS controls? Use only 16 colors! It looks awful, like I have a really old PC from the 1950s!
I will be ashamed to show this app to my friends, because they will laugh at me calling me a very old man from the century before last!
Why are you extracting a lot of data to the user's temp folder? This application does not run like others, but unpacks its contents into a temporary folder, clogging it up!
I downloaded the BBC BASIC version for Windows in a zip archive (not an installer). Why did BBC BASIC write data to the "AppData\Roaming\BBCBasic\" folder? If the application is portable (without an installer), it has the right to write data only to the folder in which it is located, and not to litter all the disks and the registry!
