What would happen if I remove U12 and therefore cutting the line between HDMI_5V and 5V? Maybe that's a really naive question, I'm not specialized in that :?
...to answer this for myself, after a little bit of research, we can assume that the HDMI output would not work anymore after U12 is removed :lol:.

I'll go further into research and check if there's any leaking voltage from this specific screen's HDMI (maybe on the named Pin 18 5V net?).

"Why don't you take just another screen?", you might ask. My final goal is to put the CM5 on a custom I/O board and I want to be sure that most screens work.
