Hi, you will need to edit the camera tuning file. You don't say what camera you're using but for the HQ cam, for example, you would need to edit imx477.json. You should normally find this in /usr/share/libcamera/ipa/rpi/pisp (Pi 5) or /usr/share/libcamera/ipa/rpi/vc4 (earlier Pis). You can edit it in situ (as root), or you can make a copy and use that instead.
Find where it says "exposure_modes". Exposure modes are explained on page 34 of the Tuning Guide, but in your case it may be sufficient just to increase the final value in the "shutter" list.
