I have tried installing Alpine on my Pi 5 but it is a hassle man. I mean getting to the command line is the easy part. I tried to install a desktop environment but failed. I have tried to avoid any command line setups and wanted to do everything from plasma but could not start plasma. Documentation is also confusing. RPIOS is easy on that regard, installing any desktop on top of the lite version is really easy. Ubuntu is probably also the same, as both debian based, commands are familiar to us. I still would like to try this one, if anybody can help me get the Plasma up and running.
