Assumption now is that you're asking for the pinout info - which connector pin carries what kind of signal - then you can refer to the CM4IO J16 connector pinout.
Nevertheless would recommend to look at CM5IO data sheet to avoid confusion (as the pinout on CM5IO is the latest one used) -
