make custom length Cat 6 cabling...

Dust off everything in this network closet. Apparently my late wifes cat got in there, there is cat hair and dust all over everything... Bleh...
The canine coder claims Dog6 cabling repels cat hair more effectively than Cat6.

Sorry to hear about printing the wrong trays. Around here are three Phenom II X4 965 systems--newer than those quad-core Athlon 64 computers you are replacing--for when I want to do distributed GPU development. CUDA has remained forward compatible to new versions so it's possible to debug code. Performance tuning is impossible, but I can pretend the slow network, slow CPUs and slow GPUs approximate the balance of more recent hardware.

Before decommissioning those Athlon computers, I'd be interested if you could run the Pi Chart benchmark downloadable from the first post in the thread

I have a Pi 5 but haven't turned it on due to lack of the 5A power supply. I burned Raspberry Pi OS lite to an SD card last week. In theory one should be able to copy the kernel from there, plop it in the Rocky Pi 4 image and boot a Pi 5. Subsequent updates might be a problem.

I'm surprised there isn't a RHEL work alike for the Pi 5. My favorite Linux distribution these days is Void Linux. As Void is not used in corporate IT, it's a worse distribution than Debian upon which to base career skills.
