I noticed this too. You seem to be surprised. I probably should have called them out, but I know you don't like that so I just reported the post instead. My earlier noting of an AI post, or at least containing a hidden link to an AI sources, appears to have been deleted; so I'll ask here - What is the forum policy on AI posts ?
Presumably posts which include hidden links promoting AI sources and services should be reported as spam. Explicit links which are purely promotional, I would guess, should be reported the same way ?
But what of posts which appear to be AI generated material, which seems to be the latest mechanism for getting post-edit spam links into forums ? Should those be ignored or reported ?

I shall remain sceptical of every new poster, now that AI is infiltrating everything. Or rather, now that people, using AI tools, are infiltrating everything. And I recommend everyone else to be sceptical too.
To answer your question, there is probably no need to handle AI-generated content differently to any other post. It's probably covered by Section 7 of the Acceptable Use Policy. You can report it or ignore it as you like. Reminding people to be sceptical is probably underscored by Section 6 of the Terms and Conditions.
