What does it matter, if you're not going to switch it on then it could have 4TB of ram for all you care?

Switch it on and find out, for all you know it might not even work.

If I don't switch on my Pi, so I don't know it works, does that make it faulty?
Does an unpowered Pi even exist?
Or is the fault with my logic?
