I even followed your soldering instructions to the test points , unfortunately w/o success &
of course tried to access the ttyAMA10 via
echo "scoobidoo" > /dev/ttyAMA10 ... and so on and with earlyconxxxx in cmdline and so forth
& of course with your rpiOS, ttyAMA10 active = responds with "scoobidoo"
but it never outputs 2nd stage earlycon
followed your firmware repo since years and e.g. FreeBSD is even not new on the Pi (3,4)...
soldering failure reserved , but the only time I saw the earlycon 2ndStage is when the emmc is erased and then on HDMI.
In short: UART via gpio yes/worked immediately , no problem,
debug console on cm5 : unfortunately NO
Is that O.K. for you and now you support u-boot to redirect their console to UART ? .. just kidding

however, if you or someone else could give detailed instructions with photos where to solder the 3-pin or the test points and specially could verify by yourselves that it works would also help
