As a last ditch attempt you could connect the boards to another computer via a USB-A to USB-C cable and see if you get the BCM2711 USB descriptor. If so, you might be able to update the flash via rpiboot.

Although from your description I'm not very hopeful of success.
The other thing to try if you have a multimeter is to see if the 3V3 pin has the expected voltage - if not it's failing to power up and possibly not even running the bootrom.
